Insanity is Insane

Day 1 of Insanity is over. This workout is crazy. I burned 750 caliories in 40 minutes. 

Meal Diary

Breakfast - Cup of milk, banana, crushed ice blended

Snack - Yogart, Candy Bar

Lunch - salad, roast beef sandwich

Snack - Candy Bar

Dinner - refried beans, lettuce, chicken, salsa, tomatoes, bell peppers

I need to stop eating the candy bars at work

 

 

P90X Recap

I just finished the 90 day workout program P90X.

 

What were the results?

I have lost 17 pounds and gained the ability to actually do dozens of push-ups and pull-ups. Also, I can run a few miles just for kicks if I wanted toJ

 

What was your day to day routine?

 

Fitness routine

Follow the workout schedule. Put in the DVD at around 6:50pm Tues-Thurs, and 8:50am Fri-Sun. Each video takes about an hour and 10 minutes to complete. I did buy the pull up bar, push up bars, bands, and a heart rate monitor. You really only need the push up bar and bands.

 

Diet routine

 

Breakfast

3 egg whites and 3 turkey bacon strips (both microwaved) or 1 cup milk, banana, ½ cup blue berries and crushed ice blended together

 

Snack

Yogurt

 

Lunch

Tupperware of lettuce with string cheese, small baggie of Italian dressing with either can of tuna or turkey breast paddy

 

Snack

Apple

 

Dinner

Salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, shredded carrots)

Chicken breast with brown rice and vegetables

 

Water all the time. No soda ever.

 

Riverside County Fair

I created some software for the ticket office of the fair. Impressive right? Yah sure. Can you be here the first day to make sure everything works, can you spend the night to be sure the 2nd day goes well? Why sure I will. I had to by some drawers and socks at the hotel gift shop. We only talked about being there for the first day. However second day going well. Might be able to leave soon.
