Breakfast - Cup of milk, banana, crushed ice blended
Snack - Yogart, Candy Bar
Lunch - salad, roast beef sandwich
Snack - Candy Bar
Dinner - refried beans, lettuce, chicken, salsa, tomatoes, bell peppers
I need to stop eating the candy bars at work
